Your Right to Cancel
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s), without giving a reason. To exercise this right, simply contact us at koruri.abhishek@gmail.com within this period.
Returns Window
Once you've told us you'd like to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the item to us (where applicable — see "Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items" below for our simplified process on most items).
Condition of Returned Items
Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Items that are used, damaged through misuse, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us at koruri.abhishek@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo or short video of the issue
In most cases, we can resolve this quickly with a replacement or refund without requiring you to send the item back — this helps us get you a solution faster.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, Some items cannot be returned which would be mentioned accordingly
Refunds
Once your cancellation or return is approved, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
Order Cancellations Before Dispatch
If you'd like to cancel an order before it has shipped, contact us as soon as possible at koruri.abhishek@gmail.com — we'll do our best to cancel and refund before it's processed for shipping.
